Aryan Kapoor, a diligent and insightful strategy consultant known for his ability to dissect the most convoluted of business scenarios and extract strategic insights that could steer his clients towards profits and high returns on their investments. In the midst of this professional journey, Aryan found himself on the precipice of a challenge that would bring or break his fame within his clients. One of his clients, a high net worth individual and investor in the telecom industry, sought his expertise to decipher the implications of the merger and its potential impact on the competitive landscape that had impacted his investments and returns in short term and long term as well. It is almost 7 years post the merger now. The stock price of the entity has been experiencing continuous downfall since 2017 till May 2024.
