Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (303-035-1 and 303-036-1). This case is an interview with Johan Eliasch in 1999, in which he describes his decision to buy the company and the actions he took to turn it around. Having restored the market position and profitability of the company, Johan Eliasch must now decide his longer-term strategy for the business and whether this should include a public share offering.
