Abstract
This is the second of a three-case series (303-131-1 to 302-133-1). It describes Rene Savelsberg''s decision to invest in URTV in April 1999, and then the subsequent developments in the company. This case is set in April 2000, and Savelsberg has to decide whether to invest further in URTV, leave the existing investment in place, or sell Philips'' shareholding.
