Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (301-100-1 and 301-101-1). This case is a follow-up concentrating on the year 1998. The entrance to the Finnish mobile telephony service market has not been a completely rosy one for the Swedish telecom company Telia. The case highlights some of the problems leaving students to seek for strategy to overcome the obstacles and to penetrate the market.
