InternetCamerasDirect (ICD) is a case study focused on inventory management in an internet retail company. The case describes the market, sales order processing, stock ordering procedures and stock checking procedures. ICD's success caused it to outgrow its premises, placing significant constraints on its operations. So the case also covers new premises which are in the middle of conversion work by builders.
