Abstract
Second of a two case series (395-104-1 and 395-105-1). This case examines the part played by managed corporate communication in the processes of organisational change described in the companion case, AEA Technology: A Study in Organisational Change (I) (395-104-1). It is intended to show that managed communication contributes to the achievement of management objectives for organisational change, and that at times of essential change - in AEA Technology''s case a preparation for privatisation and commercial operation - well-managed communication is an integral part of effective change management.
