Abstract
This case study deals with the operation of a local radio station over a period of several years. After its peaceful inception the organisation becomes static and less aware of external changes. There are also internal problems both over staffing and objectives. The reason for presenting this case study is to give students and managers the opportunity to discuss - either in seminar or by way of written work - the problems which have arisen and how they might best be solved. Students need to be aware of problems in personnel management, motivation, sorting out priorities, etc.
