Abstract

The case examines the reasons behind Xerox''s decision to implement a Human Resource Management System. The software development procedure and the technical aspects have also been explored in detail. The case is so structured as to enable students to see how Xerox utilised IT effectively to strengthen its HR department through HRMS Xerox PeopleNet. Students can gain insights into the technical aspects of the software development process involved.
