Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (301-105-1 and 301-106-1). An acquisition has been agreed upon, and Onninen Oy with some bad experiences with acquisitions recently, formed an acquisition team to ensure that this acquisition would take place smoothly. The team consists of 12 managers of Onninen. The case discusses the preparations taken for the implementation of the acquisition.
