This is the second of a two-case series (301-120-1 and 301-121-1). Even though the Export Network broke down Mrs Tuula Puntila regarded the potential of foreign markets attractive. Next she phoned her husband Timo and explained the new situation and asked ''Timo, what shall we do with our marketing trip to Nice next week?'' In the evening at home Tuula and Timo started planning the new export strategy for Twin.
