This supplement is to accompany the case series ''B2B to EB2B Transformation (A) to (D)'' (501-027-1 to 501-030-1). It presents case-based examples of ten critical factors introduced as directives for successful transformation. The supplement may be used as a teaching note for instructors to help students conceptualise the case session, or be distributed for students to read.
