Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (400-015-1 and 400-016-1). This case presents the career options and eventual choice taken by the head of Wellcome Israel, Ofra Sherman, after the company became part of the newly merged Glaxo-Wellcome. Sherman''s division was eliminated, and the local company''s situation was ambiguous, making her future and the future of her team uncertain and her decision difficult.
