Abstract
The case follows a client trying to solve a reclamation regarding the services of the travel agent Happy Holidays. Students have to be divided into two separate groups. The first one has the role of the travel agent and the second one the role of the client. The agent has booked the hotel on behalf of the client and raised the price of the hotel (walk-in price) by 10 percent. However, the client seems to be unable to legally make the agent return the charged 10 percent surplus. This case was sponsored by the Indiana University CIBER Case Collection.
