Abstract

This is the second of a three-case series. The main teaching objective of the series is to enable participants to achieve a good understanding of the requirements of team building and teamwork. The case presents the management team of the Nigerian operation of a global pharmaceutical company at a time of crisis. Part (II) examines a problem solving approach to team conflict and a team building event based on feedback.
