Abstract
This case is an International Business Environments case involving the human resource management and cultural influence of hiring employees for international locations. The case is a continuation of Lith-Way Airlines Crash (196-025-1) in as much as the company now wishes to hire a new senior manager for its station location. Student teams have maintained their same country and are now required to further expand on the data bank of cultural, legal and human resources issues. Students remain assigned in the same two-person teams, as members of Lith-Way airlines. This case was sponsored by the Indiana University CIBER Case Collection.
