Abstract
This is the third of a three-case series which can be used individually or in conjunction with each other. The case is a one session illustration. It shows the challenges a leading technology company faces by introducing HotDesking. Advantages and disadvantages are presented on lively examples. For example, all necessary hardware is listed, so an overview of costs on the introduction is given. The case also compares HP's approach with other companies in the domain and develops recommendations on the improvement of HP's practice. An extensive bibliography is added. HP is a 'pioneer' in developing and using HotDesking. The case allows the reader to recommend a suitable approach to the issue and offers many different and tested alternatives in order to rethink the modern workplace.
