Abstract

This case study examines the strategic decision-making processes and dynamics of an Executive Team for an NHS Trust Hospital. The case is in two parts. The first part explores the strategic context, strategic choice and the dynamics of the Executive Team. The second part looks at the dynamics of the key stakeholders for strategic implementation. Both parts invite students to explore the factors that may influence the behaviours, actions and interactions between various members of the group and the key stakeholders.
