Abstract

This is the last of a three-case series (597-039-1 to 597-041-1). Results are presented and the market data shows that key indicators for 1997 are up. Although the results were achieved in a very short time frame the case provides an opportunity to discuss how to evaluate customer focused transformation and where to go from here.
