Abstract
This is the last of a three-case series (597-039-1 to 597-041-1). Results are presented and the market data shows that key indicators for 1997 are up. Although the results were achieved in a very short time frame the case provides an opportunity to discuss how to evaluate customer focused transformation and where to go from here. There is a video available to accompany the case series (597-039-3). Two videos are available to accompany the case series ''597-039-3'' and ''599-014-3'', the latter gives an update (March 1999) on Leyland''s strategy.
