Abstract
This is the second of a three-case series (596-005-1 to 596-007-1). In the (A) case the Administrative Law Judge rules against Kraft, and this case covers Kraft''s appeal to the full Federal Trade Commission. Here, Kraft places emphasis on First Amendment ''freedom of speech'' rights. A further postscript, (C) case, is available. It may be used alongside ''Borden Inc v Kraft Inc'' (595-043-1/8).
