Abstract
The case writer has discovered when writing his new book on enterprise policy that another author, apparently, has plagiarised his concepts - interest theory, components of business operations quality. The case provides extracted material from the two authors - original teaching materials and the book with apparently plagiarised concepts. The case is aimed at students and prospective authors, to discuss the etiquette of literature referencing and acknowledgement. It also provides opportunity for analysing the moral and ethical points of view of plagiarism and the legal and copyright issues.
