Abstract
Created in 1984 by Henri Morel, a specialist in taking over firms in difficulty, the SFPI (Societe de Financement pour l''Industrie) group covers the following 4 sectors of activity: industrial air-conditioning; heating engineering; founding; and locksmithing. At the end of 1990, Henri Morel set up the holding company SECURIDEV, of which he is Chairman, looking for the development of areas of synergy between the various subsidiaries making up the locksmithing division. In 1991, one of the primary aims of SECURIDEV is to develop its activities abroad, starting with Europe, and to extend its internationalisation progam. A video ''Ronis'' (395-053-3) is available to accompany this case.
