Abstract

The development of information technology has made manual accounting and administration systems obsolete and has allowed information to make decision-making easier (in sales, finance, etc). In some cases the problem arises of how to choose the software and how to install the system in the least "traumatic" way possible for the organisation. World Gym is a company in the service sector which functions as a Club whose members practice sporting activities. World Gym needs to define precisely the features which they require from a management (administration and accounting) software solution for their present problems.
