Abstract
A brief synopsis of the Food Court business is given. The case is based on an existing food court that is not trading profitably. Students are asked to investigate the organisational problems prior to designing a Market Research programme aimed at generating operation that will enable the management to ensure turnover. The case then allows students to conduct a Market Research programme and to develop suitable promotional strategies. In addition, there is a background note, Food Courts (592-023-5).
