Abstract
The case is designed for introducing a range of Operations Management topics, on integrating them in a service operations function. The case has sufficient quantitative data to enable reasonable analyses to be performed but qualitative aspects also need discussing and their implications considered. The case study is most usefully conducted by students in groups of three or four, and tutor teaching note is available. The time span for the case is two to three hours.
