The case study traces the developments of a contract between Sutcliffe Catering Southern Ltd. and P & O European Ferries (Portsmouth) Ltd., both member companies of the P & O Group. The contract focus is the provision of catering and ancillary services to ferry passengers travelling between Portsmouth and Le Havre and Cherbourg.
