Abstract
This is a flexible learning package and workpack comprising a series of cases and minicases, study/lecture assignments and readings designed to use the language and concepts of PPA, to seek profitable pollution prevention investment opportunities. It also aims to evaluate the key benefits of preventive rather than corrective pollution control and demonstrates how pollution prevention policies may lead to the development of new markets for selling 'know how' on 'clean technology'. Finally it is designed to recognise pollution prevention investment for the enterprise. It forms part of the 'Environmental Management' series.
