Abstract
This is the last of a three part series, ''Beechville Cooperative Society Ltd (A) to (C)'', (385-042-1 to 385-044- 1), covering the years 1982-1985, and the continuing dilemma for the Beechville Society is whether to continue as an independent entity or to merge with a large neighbouring society. The case concerns the problems that face a medium sized cooperative society in the early 1980s. By implication, it also addresses some of the problems faced by the whole of the cooperative movement.
