Abstract
A study of multinational corporate strategy and problems in its implementation in a subsidiary. Discussion areas include managing change, industrial relations policies, management culture, decision making, new technology and processes in bargaining. Teaching objectives concentrate on improving bargaining skills and establishing strategies and tactics consistent with one another to achieve corporate objectives.
