Abstract

Marfleet Steel Co is a multi problem, multi functional case designed to offer opportunities for a variety of analytical approaches. The case aims to be considerably more realistic than would be the case for a `typical'' business policy or organisational behaviour case study by making use of a number of role players, supported by detailed role briefs, in a dramatised consultancy situation.
