Abstract

This technical note discusses the built in biases of the commonly used translation methods of foreign financial records. It also reviews the additional complications of the transfer pricing decisions of multinational corporations. Since this is a technical note, it is used as a background reading material when students are assigned case problems which deal with management reporting and control systems of multinational corporations. It can also be used as instructor''s reading material when teaching multinational corporations in a business policy setting.
