Abstract
Three sequential cases (383-091-1 through 383-093-1). These three cases continue and complement two earlier cases about Croydon (9-176-277 and 9-176-278) dealing with the strategic options facing a medium sized intermediate chemical producer operating in a market dominated by very large companies. In addition to strategic issues the cases raise issues of organisational growth and development, structure, process and culture. The final case provides the opportunity to value the company for the purpose of acquisition.
