This note examines the process of Case Development from the initial identification of the requirement for the case study through to publication of the finished case study. The author lays out the twenty major steps in Case Development and briefly discusses the differing roles adopted by the case researcher. Not to be used in published texts or workshops/seminars without prior consultation.
