Abstract
The material is presented in the form of a role-play and has been developed from a short case, Sister Flobird, (773-009-1). There are role-play briefs for the two characters who are to meet to discuss ward administration. In particular, the Nursing Officer is concerned to establish whether any further training would be appropriate for the Sister, who appears to be resistant to change. The material was used to give practice in preparing for and conducting such an interview.
