The export manager of a developing country manufacturer has to decide which of two trade fairs his company should attend, one being in the UK and one in Switzerland. His decision must be based on the potential business in the two markets, the quality of background information provided by the trade fair organisers and the costs. It is possible to attend both and a perceptive student can discover this for himself.
