Abstract
A new personnel manager has inherited problems from his predecessor. It appears that there have been three separate cases of discrimination in which various white members of the the staff have been involved. The personnel manager has not only to deal with the RRB (Race Relations Board) on these, but also has a direction from the MD (managing director) to clean up the ''colour problems''.
