Abstract
The management and part of the Asian workforce of a textile company find themselves confronting each other over a wide range of issues - absenteeism, payment transfers, etc. The white workforce is of the opinion that these disputes are jeopardising their jobs. It appears that if this three sided conflict is not quickly resolved, the company will quickly find itself in an untenable situation.
