Abstract
A series of four cases suitable for supervisors in public transport organisations. The ''A'' case deals with a suspected breach of discipline involving possible driver malpractice and drinking. The ''B'' case involves an Inspector and Driver in the case of a lady passenger who is unable to pay her fare because her purse has been stolen. The ''C'' case concerns the refusal of a spare driver to accept his allocated duty and the resulting action which is taken. The ''D'' case covers an apparent breach of safety procedure and leads to a request for an audit of unsafe practices.
