Abstract
For several years a Danish manufacturer of equipment for controlling the quality of animal feed had been in touch with the Central Organisation of the Feedstuff Industry in Poland. The relations had been very positive, but still had got nowhere. However, a significant product improvement started new thinking and planning with the Danish manufacturer to overcome past obstacles on the Polish market. This case was written for export salesmen with little experience in face to face customer contact in Eastern Europe.
