Abstract
The introduction of a new and broader product policy by a leading insurance broker is considered in the light of market prices and American influence. The policy is described in detail. Useful on service marketing courses, it has been used on a course on Marketing of Financial Services to illustrate points of product policy. A Note on the British Insurance Market (576-011-5) is designed as an introduction to the Bland Payne case series (576-011-1 and 576-012-1).
