Abstract
Case concerns an American businessman''s difficulties in organising regular supplies of handicrafts from a developing country for resale into the United States. Case was used to give businessmen and trade officials from developing countries some appreciation of the need for organising sources of supply in order to complement the creation of demand through traditional marketing methods.
