Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (474-044-1 and 474-045-1). This case based on managerial grid training in a particular company, provides questionnaire data from another factory in the company. In contrast to managers in the factory mentioned in the (A) case (474-044-1), managers working in the second company factory had not undergone grid training, and hence serve as a rough control group for comparison of partially grid trained and non-grid trained managers. The case has been used in teaching organisation development.
