This is the third of a four-case series (573-020-1, 573-021-1, 573-022-1 and 573-023-1). It describes the conversion process of a small entrepreneurial firm into an industrial company. The (A) case describes a traditional approach. This (B) case (573-022-1) uses an approach based on an overlapping group design. The material is used in two to three sessions. The (A) case is discussed in the first session at the end of which the short (A2) case (573-021-1) is handed out. The (B) case is discussed in the second session and the (B2) case (573-023-1) in a third session. These cases should be used together.
