Abstract
A description of the methods by which good public relations are fostered at Hastings College of Further Education. This case may be used either as an example of a vigorous public relations effort or it may be used to provoke an examination of the corporate strategy to be adopted by a college. In the latter case, public relations is only part of the total marketing effort and a consideration of the product market relationship for the college leads to questions about the purpose of the college and the services it offers.
