Abstract
To ensure that your strategies are adapting to meet changing circumstances, you need to integrate management control with strategic learning. Two feedback loops can help you accomplish this. In the first, the Balanced Scorecard becomes the agenda for the monthly management meeting--and the emphasis here is on strategic performance companywide. The second loop involves periodic reviews that ascertain whether the implemented strategy is working as planned.
