Understanding your boss in today''s marketplace is not only necessary, but a matter of survival. Building a strong relationship with your boss not only makes work easier and more enjoyable, it will create a trust that will help both of you reach your goals. To reach that trust, you must first understand how your boss thinks. How does your boss perceive certain situations or company policies? An understanding of these areas from the mindset of your boss can begin to help you and your boss have more effective communication, and can start you down the path toward building a productive working relationship.
