A condensed version of Oticon A/S: ''Cogitate Incognito'' (''Think the Unthinkable''; Oticon A/S Company Motto) and Oticon A/S: Project 330. In this case the presentations of the company, its products, competitive position, and use of information technology have been significantly reduced. The teaching purpose is to evaluate both the extraordinary new organization and the chosen implementation process. In addition, allows for a discussion on the necessary conditions for accomplishing organizational innovation, and whether organizational capabilities translate into competitive advantage.
