Abstract

In a previous article, readers participated in a computer-directed exercise based on their judgment of certain aspects of a classic management study, the Dashman Co. case. Issues considered included organizational structure, personnel management, communication procedure, human relations, and long-term versus short-term goals. In this sequel, the presentation of a final assessment of the problems, a summary of the case, and data from responses processed thus far, enable readers to get an estimate of how well they organized their thoughts. Should be used with Programmed Case: The Misfired Missive #70503.
