Abstract
This leadership self-assessment exercise asks students to assess themselves in six dimensions of leadership as presented in Level Three Leadership. These dimensions are Clarifying Your Center, Clarifying What's Possible, Clarifying What Others Can Contribute, Supporting Others, Being Relentless, and Celebrating Progress. This is a chance for students to do some reflection on the main points raised in the Chamberlain exercise about the Battle of Gettysburg, and to explore their own leadership values and behaviors.
