Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (805-024-1 and 805-025-1). MarkPlus&Co (B) presents a company that is a leader in its national market and asks how this company might replicate its success at the regional level. MarkPlus&Co, a consulting, research, corporate training and publishing company, with expertise in marketing and corporate strategy, was Indonesia?s leading domestic consulting firm. With regionalisation and globalisation creating new opportunities throughout Southeast Asia, the firm looked to Singapore and other markets for expansion. The case examines the firm?s sustainability, go-to-market strategy and entrepreneurship.
