This is part of a case series. The case deals with the CEO Tony Phillips, trying to achieve several objectives through a fact finding country analysis using an action learning programme. For Phillips the programme not only gives his executives exposure to the ABC countries (Argentina, Brazil and Chile), but also allows him to get them together with their potential successors.
